Machine tool V300 - Our all-rounder for geared shafts

The modular system of the V300 allows configurations for multi-technology complete machining of splined shafts from the smallest to very large quantities. On the robust machine bed, you can turn, drill, mill, skive and hob with up to two work spindles and four tool carriers in just one machine. The center drive makes it possible to machine workpiece ends very precisely and quickly, and in combination with a second machine for machining the center of the workpiece, you can realise highly efficient, automated and yet easily convertible production cells for complete machining.
