It is with regret that DVS TECHNOLOGY AG announces that the subsidiary DISKUS WERKE Schleiftechnik will discontinue the sale and construction of machines as of 31 December 2023.

The service and tool business will continue, so that the many machines on the market will continue to be optimally supported.

As far back as 1911, we started our pioneering work in the special field of face grinding and double face grinding, which is known as ≫DISKUS-grinding≪ today.

Our more than 2,000 tailor-made and robust machines in the field still achieve the highest accuracies even after decades of use, despite high stock removal rates.

The range of applications for our products extends from the automotive industry and its suppliers through the rolling bearing and watchmaking industry to the glass and ceramics industry.

The most reliable machine tools and assemblies require maintenance, repair or even a retrofit at some point. With a trained, passionate team and an appropriate supply of spare parts, we ensure short downtimes and give many a machine a second or third life.
Services and hardware Remote diagnostics and remote maintenance

Although in some cases an on-site visit by a service technician is unavoidable, the time and costs involved can often be avoided. Our remote maintenance system can also be easily integrated into older CNC control systems. We check both the electrical components and the software of your grinding machine.
MAXIMUM FITTING ACCURACY FOR PROVEN DURABILITY IONIC, spare and wear parts

To avoid downtime and ensure long service life in the future, we only use parts of original quality.

For a sound understanding of double surface grinding Training, process optimization and production support

Double face grinding is a special and very complex process. To be able to use a DISKUS machine optimally, you need a good understanding of this process. Our training courses provide you and your colleagues with a basic understanding of the grinding process and machine settings. We are also happy to support you in testing, evaluating and optimizing your existing sanding processes
