IMTS 2026: Booth Highlights
BUDERUS Schleiftechnik will present solutions for internal and external thread grinding as well as ultra-fine surface finishes with Rz values below 1 µm. The focus will be on the iCompact and 235V machine concepts for shafts and rotationally symmetrical precision components.
PRÄWEMA Antriebstechnik will showcase gear skiving, honing and polishing processes for ring gears, cycloidal profiles, threaded nuts and planetary gears. Measurement reports document precision, surface quality and process stability.
PITTLER T & S will present solutions for gears, shafts and large components. The pSkive combines gear cutting and turning in one setup, the V300 machines shaft-type components, and the PV series handles workpieces with diameters of up to four meters.
DVS Tooling will showcase the 3-Level Honing Ring System, the T P10 for polished gear surfaces and the Vario Speed Dresser for precise and repeatable dressing results.
NAXOS-DISKUS will present CBN grinding wheels and dressing tools for demanding internal and external cylindrical grinding processes. Tool, machine and application are precisely matched to one another.
rbc robotics will demonstrate camera-based solutions for the automated recognition, handling and feeding of different components. These systems reduce manual work, setup times and process interruptions.
