In-company training is particularly important to us. On the one hand, this is how we gain many of our most qualified and motivated employees, and on the other, it is also an expression of our social responsibility as a company.
We currently offer training in four professions:
Industrial mechanic (m, f, d)
Mechatronics technician (m, f, d)
Machinist (m, f, d)
Industrial clerk (m, f, d)
OUR APPRENTICE WORKSHOP
For us, in-company training is also an investment in our future. For this reason, we employ a full-time training manager to supervise our trainees and have set up a training workshop.
In the first six months, our apprentices learn the practical and theoretical basics together in small groups. The curriculum includes manual and mechanical metalworking processes such as filing, sawing, chiseling, drilling, turning and milling. Further training, e.g. in grinding, welding and also electrics and electronics, then takes place in the specialist departments.
