This system allows you to introduce bulk material including the entire container or mesh box.

The integrated lifting system grabs the container and pours the contents onto a vibrating belt for further transport of the workpieces. 

This is followed by additional vibrating belts that transport the workpieces to a camera system mounted above the last short section of the vibrating belts.

The workpieces are removed by a robot and fed to a machine or the assembly station. The finished workpieces can again be transported away via a conveyor system with slats and discharged into a box.

Workpieces weighing up to 5 kg can be processed. The entire process is seamless thanks to the robust and very compact design. The system is particularly suitable for mass production or assembly line work for pipe sections, fittings, or fixtures.
