A wide variety of workpieces are fed into our FX-LOAD-A cell as bulk material via one of the two hoppers. The cell is suitable for workpieces that weigh up to 500 grams. 

The integrated conveyor belt allows workpieces to drop onto the Anyfeeder, which is illuminated from below and brings the workpieces into the correct position through vibration technology.

The workpieces are recognized using 2D camera technology, they are then removed in a targeted manner in quick cycles and placed on a tray on the machine or on a conveyor belt behind the cell.

Compact and agile robots from ABB or KUKA and picking systems from EPSON are used.
