The workpiece buffer
The introduction of a wide range of components via our slide workpiece buffer system FX LOAD - S is often used as a component buffer or for the manual supply of raw or test parts. The robot cell can continue to work independently by manually inserting the workpieces on several levels.
The buffer features a drawer system that can be extended and retracted in both directions. This enables you to insert blanks or remove finished parts completely independently of the cycle time.
The storage is used as a manual placement system or as a buffer if the downstream process has failed.
