FX-Series
SMART LOAD

The FX series from rbc robotics includes cells that are modular, modern, very compact, and highly efficiency.

The FX SMART LOAD series is primarily designed for direct loading of machines or systems. The components are fed in and discharged again after processing or placed in a bin. Component detection is also possible with this variant. This makes the system highly flexible with set-up times that are close to zero.

The FX-LOAD series includes compact cells for lightweight components and manual component feeding as well as simple conveyor technology for the provision of workpieces. Buffer systems and compact feed systems for bulk goods in larger containers are also available.

2D or 2.5D camera technology are also used here for direct identification of the workpiece position to enable swift removal cycles.

The product range is rounded off by agile robots from ABB or KUKA and picking systems from EPSON.
