We offer efficient gear cutting solutions for rotationally symmetrical components up to a diameter of 1250 mm and module 7. We use the highly economical skiving technology, also known as ‘power skiving’ internationally. Depending on the order volume, we develop project-specific machining solutions with our DVS technology partners PITTLER T&S and PRÄWEMA Antriebstechnik. To save our customers costs, we offer not only combined processes, but also turnkey machining solutions for component production.

The skiving technology has emerged as an efficient and flexible alternative for the gearing of components, thanks to the latest developments in manufacturing technology. High gear cutting qualities of IT6 and better, all common profile and flank modifications as well as Rz values < 3μm are possible depending on the component characteristics.
