Increasingly short life cycles of machines and vehicles require ever greater flexibility in component production. Our precision component production is flexible – and also reliable, economical, and certified.

Most machines in the fleet of DVS Production South are designed similarly, which means that different types of components can be manufactured on a single machine. And conversely, the same component can easily be processed on several machines in the case of larger order quantities.

This allows us to realize extremely short lead times without any notable set-up effort or machining program modifications. Even short-term changes to quantities or geometries are possible at any time. This high degree of flexibility requires enormous technical know-how.
