Is your idea our next big innovation?
EVERY IDEA IS IMPORTANT Is your idea our next big innovation?

We launched DVS ACT to rouse, support, and hone the entrepreneurial and inventive spirit that is present throughout our group. That is why DVS ACT is for everyone across all individual companies and specialist skills, from the valuable experience of the “old foxes” through to the unbiased perspective of young and new talent. We aim to exploit our innovation potential, grow it through the combination of knowledge and ideas, and render it effective. That is why every single person is called upon to actively participate in DVS ACT. To make the process as simple and straightforward as possible, we have an easy-to-understand online form, on the basis of which the first draft of a POD can be discussed: the DVS POD Request.

Your submission
POD name

The POD should have a short and meaningful name – the team will eventually work under this name and present results under it.

POD description

In the POD Request you should describe the planned POD idea briefly but very structured, i.e., answer questions such as: What current situation does it improve upon? Which problem is solved? How is the goal defined? Which team members and skills would benefit the POD? What is the estimated effort? Which cluster should the POD be assigned to?

Effort and working time

The time working in the POD is considered regular working time and is compensated accordingly in the individual organizations. So it’s important to properly estimate the actual days and manpower required for a POD and work economically throughout the project. If you are not sure how to assess this, you can always consult the cluster owner, who will also coordinate with the individual group companies.
