The DVS TECHNOLOGY GROUP employs about 1,400 different personalities. That means 1,400 different points of view, experiences, and skill sets. Even if we connect just two of them, something completely new emerges. That is what DVS ACT is all about: We combine our knowledge and our creative intelligence in order to come up with new solutions to meet the challenges of the future. So regardless of expertise, function, or location, we put our heads together across all individual companies in a highly dynamic, agile work structure: Numerous small, targeted units are created in a so-called POD organization, which work on an idea independently within a precisely defined framework.

WHAT IS DVS ACT? How 1+1 equals much more than 2

If you share an idea, you have at least two new ones. DVS ACT is about exchanging and combining ideas, which means we are shaping the future in a dynamic environment. “ACT” is an acronym for “Accessing the Customer of Tomorrow” – we combine our strengths to create small and large new solutions for our customers.
