Compact, flexible, fast: the bin picking cell from rbc robotics.

For containers sized 600 x 800 mm and a total height of up to 600 mm, this standard cell enables the predictable and quick removal of workpieces in defined layers as well as disarrayed bulk materials.

The integrated 3D scanner recognizes both the components as well as the container frame, enabling safe removal of the components from the box. The process uses either magnetic or finger grippers.

The dual chamber system enables container changeovers regardless of the cycle time. That means the robot doesn't have to wait around.
