iCompact – Maximum flexibility for your production process
The iCompact is a compact, vertical hard-fine machining center with a compound slide fitted with a main spindle in the upper area.
The lower bed extension features up to three processing units consisting of (external/internal) grinding spindles and/or an 8-position rotary turret that can be individually equipped with various turning and/or honing tools.
The machine comes standard with an internal circular loader, which (un-)loads a pallet belt in order to minimize coolant carryover.
Optionally, a version with direct pick-up from the conveyor belt is also available.
Additional automation options are also available:
- Robot cell with baskets
- Loading portal
- Manual loading
- Highway connection
