目前没有任何产品如汽车和其零配件一样受到技术变化的影响。甚至连刹车盘都会受到生产技术必须满足的新要求的影响。

使颗粒物降至最少

汽车引起的颗粒物很大程度上来源于刹车磨损,不管是来源于刹车片还是刹车盘。生产更加耐磨的刹车盘,并且通过特殊硬质图层对摩擦表面进行处理,以便将颗粒物污染程度降到最低。

 防腐措施

虽然电动汽车也装有盘式刹车,但是它却很少被使用。不过它们的表面也与传统车辆刹车一样暴露在相同的天气条件下。所以很快就会引起生锈。这时候便采用覆盖在铸件上的特殊涂层来起到防护作用。随后就需要磨削技术。

低产高效

由碳陶瓷制成的刹车盘的重量只占铸件刹车盘重量的大概10%,它同时兼具更好的耐磨和刹车特性。这种类型的刹车盘也能在DVS UGrind DD/DDV上进行生产。

磨削铸铁刹车盘

通过定制车床工艺磨削传统铸铁刹车盘具有一系列优势。在砂轮磨损格外小,刀具成本相对很低的情况下,还能产生更高的精度和摩擦表面高达99%的接触面。

The basis of the UGrind 800 DD

  • Same basis as the UGrind800
  • Two grinding supporters on the dovetail
  • The workpiece is clamped on the multifunction head or on a spindle and moves to the grinding supports
